Rene's house is a place worth coming back to

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and being able to play records is amazing.

We came in a weekend of a holiday and there were many parties around all day and all night

I recommend the place. Clean, key location, beutifully decorated rooms. Loved it.

I loved the room decoration. The location is excellent Clean, spacious room. I loved it

well, Israel is expensive and especially Tel Aviv i would expect that during these difficult times, prices should be lower. there are no tourists now. Tourist accomodation in Israel should consider more the local customer. The price could be lower, I think.

Great stay

Great location, nice rooms and rooftop

The fire alarm rung twice while we were there, waking us up both times. As there was no one at the reception, it rung for a long time

promising hipster place

Very close to the sea and parties. At the top of the building there is a lovely terrace where you can cool down.

Noise may be disturbing, but if you get there to wind down - it should not be a problem.

Wonderful stay

Fantastic! Much better than I had imagined. I had a double room facing the cycle track for 2 nights. Room was comfy, big, lots of light. Spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy. Lots of coffee with a pod machine and also a percolator. Also a kettle and utensils in kitchen. Decent shower. Room was quiet and well insulated from noise. They have triple glazed windows. There's a real record player there and you can select records from the hallway to take into your room and play, loved it. Location is next to a bike and running track that will lead you to the coast which is 10 mins away, walking. Restaurant downstairs is nice for a beer or food when you arrive. Easy check in. Friendly staff. I will stay here again ! Thanks for a lovely stay !

Wonderful place, A wonderful place with its unforgettable atmosphere and energy. Small room but very comfortable with everything you need and more. Clean, comfortable, sincere, friendly. Thanks to the friendly staff for for accepting us. Recommended.

Superb location and spacious room, good value of money

Apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is great. Close to everything and plenty of restaurants around, in walking distance. Bus station closed by, it’s also very easy to get around with public transportation.

We were staying on top floor, above which it is the rooftop. During our stay, there were a group of travellers staying in the same hotel. They went to rooftop every night. There were movements of chairs and tables all the time from rooftop until 1am which was noisy. The shower facility is old and feel like falling down. But it was not a big issue for us.

Unbeatable location and great value for money.

Location was unbeatable - short walk to everything! Staff was friendly and room's very quaint and artsy! I think every room has a vinyl record player as well. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and hair dryer are available in the room. There was no lift so get ready to take the stairs. It can be quite loud in the evenings as there are bars and restaurants downstairs but that didn't really bother us.

Very minor things that didn't really affect our overall stay but might be worth it to mention for improvement - * Kettle in our room needs to be replaced - there are calcium deposits and quite dirty. * Shower area is a bit run-down - might need a little refurbishment.

Hippy fun hotel in a great location

Great location… clean room.. nice sized shower with extra towels available.. kitchenette fully stocked.. Fun hipster location. Friendly and accommodating reception.. double pane windows for soundproofing bar downstairs . reliable wifi. free luggage storage

no elevator - lots of stairs but stairs lift upon request.. no tv - a record player instead. noise from bar downstairs - no washing machine - no access to alley during Sabbath

Buzzling location and friendly staff

The location was excellent, right in the theart of the action. The rooftop was a very nice surprise too, perfect hangout spot. The staff were very accommodating and flexible which made all the difference.

Highly recommend booking!

We loved the record player in the room and the rooftop. The windows were great for soundproofing, everything was comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the convenience of renting bikes (a great park with bike lanes right next to Rena's place), and there is a lovely restaurant and bars next to the hotel.

Nice guesthouse with spacious rooms

Receptionists were very nice, checking in and out was very easy with door codes. Room was big and comfortable.

A great place, close both to the Old Town and the modern Tel Aviv. I also very appreciate the walking distance from the railway station. And the small kitchen in the room :-) Also many places to eat outside (Levinsky market). Last but not least - very friendly staff!

A gem in Israel

The room was really spacious with trendyl vibes, and everything you need. Surrounding areas we're cool with bars and food etc. a Lisbon vibe! Very pleasantly surprised, a gem in Tel Aviv..

great location and funky place. the performance art exhibition was a tad confronting. but a great place.

the only thing that lets the place down is the street noise from the bar downstairs. despite saying the rooms are sound proofed they are not. this was a big issue.

Arty hostel with Tel-Aviv vibe.

Good located hostel with the helpful staff. We were using self-checking, everything was very good explained and we feeled a little bit like in an escape room. Every room was designed by some artist. In every room you can find the adapter and choose some vinyls from the corridor. Kitchen is well equipedd. The rooms are quite silent despite the fact a location is over the bar. There is no problem with leaving luggages in luggage room after checkout.

Nice place to stay to feel Tel Aviv vibe

Very nice mix of modern and vintage interior inside, very clean, extremely helpful staff. location is walking distance from sea, old Jaffa or modern Center (Carmel market, King George and Rothschild blvd).

Location is too much hipster and loud in the evening, as in the court there is big beer garden. So can be quite loud if you are sleeping early.

Cozy apartment retro style, with all kitchen equipment. There was a vinyl record player and big choice of vinyls - cool! A lot of cafes and bars and spa around. Close to old Yaffa.

There is a bar just under the rooms windows, open the whole night, a bit noisy

Great value for money, big and cosy rooms and central location. A place to recommend.

The Rooms are big and nicely equipped. There is a small kitchen and a fridge available. The sofa bed is fine for one person. The location is great in the middle of NEGEV ZEDEK quarter with lots of bars and restaurants around.

Sometimes it can be noisy until late due to the bar music but if u book there you need to be aware of it in advance. The kitchen equipment, especially the pans aren't in best condicion and would need a replacement. There should be more coffee available for longer stays or a possibility for the guests to refill.

Great location, well appointed rooms. We arrived NYE knowing it would be loud considering all the reviews. Wasn’t really as bad as we feared! Staff was nice.
