I loved the staff, cleanliness, organized safe environment, room space, view, QUIET.

The surrounding neighborhood is well lit in the night.
From my high floor hotel room, I was able to see a peaceful view of the winter alps. Something that was worth it.
The bed was comfortable and huge.
The doorway to the room was pretty much small and we have to squeeze through it. Even the toilet was quite a hassle for us to move around.

Breakfast is very good. Free water every day. I also really appreciate the fact that the front desk refunded my money for half-stay as we had to leave early.
Very basic 3-star level hotel. Rooms not renovated. Cleaning team is not great. The only cafe downstairs seem to never work and there's not much on the menu. No other facilities. The price is too high for the quality.
