This hotel was well located in a nice street with several other quality hotels in it too, and it has a pleasant lobby with welcoming staff who spoke very good English. Our room was very pleasant and was a good size with all the expected facilities, and the beds were comfortable. Moreover the bathroom was a good size and was modern with a nice big shower area and a powerful shower. The wifi was reliable and strong. There was no noise in the room from traffic or neighbouring rooms so we had a nice peaceful sleep each night. The breakfast was varied and pretty good but the different breads offered on both the days I stayed were stale and inedible. The hotel is very close to a small supermarket which was handy. It is quite far from the main downtown area but taxis are very cheap and easy to get (Yandex Go is a very good taxi app).

The hotel staff was great and super friendly, we even got an upgrade for our rooms. The kindest staff I have seen in a while. It is a great value for money!
