Chambre très confortable chez le propriétaire. Il y a 2 ou 3 chambres en location. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. Chambre pour 3 très grande et propre. Les WC et salle de bain sont communs mais propre. Clim dans la chambre. Lieu calme et très proche du centre de Matera. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement devant la résidence.
Petit déjeuner un peu simple, mais franchement ce n'était pas le pire ...
Les sanitaires sont communs.
Mais, pour moi, il n'y a pas grand chose à redire.

Buena ubicación cerca de los sassi. Fuimos caminando, habrán sido 15 minutos o menos . Parking en la propiedad. El propietario amoroso . El desayuno constaba de yogurt, un postrecito de manzana , tostadas envasadas, una torta de limón riquísima. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación pero era privado.
Nos costó un poco encontrar el depto porque en la calle había varios departamentos con el mismo número. Pero lo logramos! Un poco anticuada la decoración pero eso es a gusto personal.
El desayuno muy típico de todos los lugares donde estuvimos, todo dulce, aunque con más opciones que en otros establecimientos .

L'emplacement idéal aussi bien pour les visites touristiques que pour la restauration. Enfin assez proche aussi de l’hôpital, ce qui m'intéressait.
Accueil aimable. Chambre à 2 petits lits, très correcte en rapport au tarif.
Un peu de pain frais au petit déjeuner serait un plus.

Proximité à pied de la ville.
Appartement avec un côté vieillot .
Refrigérateur dans la chambre bruyant et qui dégage de la chaleur.
