Nestled in Madeira Beach, this attractive house for $325 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy this newly renovated, 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom house just steps away from Beautiful Madeira Beach. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bunk-room that accommodates 6. All three baths are en-suite. Easy walk to great restaurants and bars. Spend you day relaxing on the sandy shores, watching dolphins from your living room, or shopping and eating at John's Pass just one mile away. "Wine" down the day watching spectacular sunsets on Madeira Beach. Madeira Beach is a quiet beach community but if you want more action, a beach trolley will take you down to St. Pete Beach or up to Clearwater just $5.00 for an all day pass. Beach towels, Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are available for your use. Unfortunately, pets are no longer allowed after the pool is completed. Longer term rentals are desired and offered at a discounted rate.

Beautiful remodeled home. Beds were all comfy which was a huge plus. Very close walk to the beach, ice cream shop, gas station, and a few restaurants.

Home was updated, well outfitted, and as advertised. The living areas and the deck/pool/spa were great. Location was just a 4 minute walk to the beach and Caddy's which was a bonus. Owner was responsive when quizzed on the spa hours and timing.

The home is gorgeous and obviously recently updated. The pool and jscuuzi are absolute beautiful and there is an amazinv outdoor kitchen. The pictures on Vrbo are spot-on accurate. The inside kitchen is big and well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware and dishware. Its super convenient to have the washer and dryer. We had 5 people and there us plenty of room for more. We were comfortable and just 2 blocks from the Gulf beach. Fantastic vacation and Scott, the owner, was immediately accessible by texting thru Vrbo. Had a small issue with the timing of the jacuzzi jets and it was resolved immediately. Fantastic host. HIGHLY recommend this place!!

This place was great with the view from the pool deck being nothing but amazing each and every day. The house was very clean and had all the basic essentials needed for your stay. Scott was a great host and very patient with our many questions. None of us were ready to leave and we definitely like to come back hopefully sooner than later.

Our family of six (2 parents, 2 kids and 2 grandparents) had a wonderful week at Scott's place. It was well-stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable and carefree stay. The highlight of our week was watching the dolphins and pelicans just off the dock. Thank you, Scott; we can't wait to return!

We were in Tampa for a conference and wanted to be near the beach. This place had everything for our trip and more. The pool and spa were so nice to come home to each evening. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Didn't get to use the outdoor kitchen, but we'd plan better next time for that because it was so nicely set up.

Everything was perfect! House was so cute, well thought out, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Teens loved the bunk room! Location was great! Quick walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Senior Beach Trip
Our daughter wanted to take a Cruise for her Senior vacation but, given the volatility of that industry, we decided to rent a Beach House instead… and this house did not disappoint! The entire neighborhood surrounding the marina is so quiet. We enjoyed waking up each morning to beautiful sunrises, dolphins swimming through the bay, and brown pelicans diving head first into the water for fish (which, really, never got old). We chilled at the beach, shopped, ate, rented waverunners, and generally had a fantastic time — always returning to the comfortable, well-appointed house tired and ready for a nap. Our group of seven all felt we had plenty of space (our daughters all loved the loft!). Thank you Scott for opening your wonderful house to us. Would rent again.

Incredible views and location!!!
This beautiful home is located right on the bay with stellar views of many sea birds and some dolphin! It is equipped with many amenities. The owner is easily contacted if any questions or issues arise. It was a very easy checkin process. If not relaxing on the deck viewing the water, there is but a four minute walk to a lovely beach and beach bar/restaurant. It is only a few minutes walk to several restaurants and a four minute drive to Winn Dixie grocery store. We were sad to leave and hope to return again! It was a fabulous vacation!!

Was a fantastic, delicious taste of what’s to come in retirement. And Scott and the house itself were perfect. Only thing we wished we were warned of was Red Tide. We were affected by that, but it definitely didn’t ruin our trip. Scott’s responsiveness on small issues was second to none. Great place to stay!

AWESOME BEACH COTTAGE
Scott's home is absolutely perfect. We kept walking around the house and saying WOW they thought of everything here. It's like out of a magazine. Completely upgraded and updated. Great kitchen, AWESOME family room with a killer view watching the dolphins, boats, and birds from the couches. Ample family room and dining seating for large parties (we had 10) which is hard to find in a rental. I have already booked our next trip. My kids (teens) kept commenting that Scott's house was the best rental we've ever booked and I would have to agree. Beds are ultra comfortable and the upstairs bunk room was perfect for the kids. Plenty of parking and so close to the beach practically across the street. We walked to the Sweet Brewnette coffee shop and Caddys across the street several times. Close to everything. Thanks Scott and we will be back.

Perfect Location
This house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We loved the view on the bay and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had a slight issue with AC after Elsa came through but he quickly worked to resolve the problem. We would definitely stay here again!

To start, we are a very picky family and were very impressed by this property. House is as beautiful as the pictures show. Every area has been fully renovated. Unbelievable view, light & bright, with attention to every detail. They have thought of everything to make your stay just like home. View of the bay is gorgeous. We say dolphins and stingrays multiple days. Very short walk to beach (shorter than we thought) short walk to coffee shops & restaurants, yet very quiet street. Red tide (ocean condition) highly affected our trip but the fact that we had such a nice spacious house to reside in helped so much. Would definitely recommend!!!!

We had a great time and enjoyed Madeira Beach, walking the dog every day, bike riding, and golfing. The kids loved the beach and Deep Sea Fishing. Too bad we didn’t have the option to come back next year; we will be going elsewhere.

Relaxing Stay
Clean, open feel house. Our children loved the bunk room! Our mornings and evenings were spent watching the birds and dolphins off the deck on the back of the house. Walks to the beach, coffee or ice cream shops during the day.... quiet neighborhood, very relaxing time!
