Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Sonja went out of her way to make our stay so enjoyable. Wonderful experience.
Lack of wine glasses but plain glasses worked just fine.

The quietness during the night. Convenient to go to work and travelling back to Johannesburg.
The TV and the air-conditioning were not working in the freezing weather. The owner should treat guests as they are not like her workers.
