Their understanding as we arrived very late after their reservation check in was long closed but they felt sorry for us and allowed us in and for that I commend them, will always rate them highly for that. Thanks Rustenburg Palm Lodge management and staff for you compassionate as well as emphatic gesture.
Only that the TV was not working in my room but other than that there is nothing to faulter them with anything I enjoyed my stay there in Rustenburg Palm Lodge.
