I chose this property for the large, grassy backyard that included a trampoline. Plenty of photos online showing all the grass. Well, when we arrived I immediately realized we had been scammed. The entire backyard was dirt! Dirt, dirt, dirt. All the grass had been ripped up. There was no trampoline. I was planning to host a kids playdate at the property with other relatives in town which obviously had to be cancelled. There was signage at the front of the house to not wear shoes inside in order to avoid bringing in dirt and sand.. um, how are we supposed to avoid bringing in dirt when the entire backyard is dirt? Besides that, the place was a dump. I am so disappointed. I've never stayed in something so gross. My entire family was disgusted. It was a joke by the end of the trip the fact that every single thing was broken. This was my 1st Vrbo experience and definitely my last. I checked in 10pm Thursday, called 8am Friday to complain, was told I would get a call back from a manager soon, and here we are Wednesday morning and no one ever reached out, so clearly a lack of concern. Some of our issues were the broken curtains, the broken banister, broken lights, outlets that didn't work, non-functioning televisions, broken stove burners, the wasp nest (!!!!!) outside, dirty shower curtains, bath tub that wouldn't drain... I could go on and on. The dishes weren't even clean! It was all so gross.

My family and close friend came from out of state. We had a wonderful time hosting a barbecue of family and the kids enjoyed the backyard hill for their slip n slide!

Was good all in all, but has some wear and tear/age
Was good all in all, but has some wear and tear/age
We enjoyed our trip all and all, but our biggest complain was that there were some things that made the price feel steep in comparison. -Wifi speed -TV and bose system didn't work great -Temporary paper blinds in the master bedroom - walls had some decent wear and tear -screen door was off it's track That being said the place as a whole did work out great for us and the location is great! And it did meet our needs really well. Just some things you expect at this price and location

It's a lovely house and suited our purposes well. For the holiday price we paid and the required minimum stay, though, we expected more.

My family stayed here for a weekend to celebrate Christmas and it was a perfect choice. The kids enjoyed the hill in the backyard for sledding while adults watched from the warm kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it was great for preparing large meals and included all of the tools and space required for feeing a big group. The great room was perfect for gathering and we loved playing Christmas music on the baby grand piano. It was roomy, and there were plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for people to be comfortable and get away when needed to relax in a bit of quiet. The downstairs room was great for playing ping pong and watching movies and it was nice to have another fridge and bar area for snacks all day long. Would love to come here again!
