Front desk staff/Mgmt were very friendly and addressed our needs in a very satisfying manner. Sam was very friendly! Thank you Sam!.

There was a minor issue with the shower not having any pressure 😕 otherwise I was pleased with the overall accommodations.

The breakfast was good. the location was a little tricky but was fine and close enough to the Chanhassen Dinner Theater.

The front desk staff was very crabby and curt.

Location

Well, the lobby was fresh. The room was definitely worn. It was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The coffee pot had some thing weird all over the inside of it and the counter by the sink was cracked. It looked really nasty like it had been cracked for a long time.
