I will always choose this hotel any time I visit Chanhassen.

A big thank you to Vanisha (I hope I remembered her name correctly). She was at the front desk on April 8th. She was the perfect example of top notch customer service. She was friendly, full of helpful info, and even gave me a special treat because it was my birthday. Thank you for making a girl feel special!!

The shower is quite small.

Very clean, good breakfast, rude cleaning lady.

Room and hotel was very clean. Beds were super comfy, and breakfast was good. Location was perfect for an evening at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre.

After breakfast we went back up to our room and our room keys had been deactivated. I had the key and sleeve showing our room number on it. The cleaning lady was right there about to enter the room right next to us and I kindly asked her if she could let us in to grab our suitcase. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and snapped a quick "NO". She unlocked the room next door, went in, and shut the door behind her. I went back down to the front desk, from the 3rd floor, and told the lady what happened. She agreed that the cleaning lady should have let us in our room. In addition, the train was very loud!

Little improvements go a long way.

The rooms are nice size and location is good. I LOVE that there arent a thousand TVs in every common area, it is peaceful.

They gave STYROFOAM cups for coffee and breakfast bowls. There was a wedding on I guess... and it was at our expense that we were no longer given real bowls and mugs and forced to drink and eat warm food (oatmeal) out of cancerous Styrofoam bowls and coffee cups. We asked for different and the lady didnt speak English and just said no without trying to understand. They also ran out of cream for pancakes and didnt replace it.

Would stay here again, a great location for the price!

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, good facilities.

Room is slightly outdated, musty smell, and stain on linens.

Location

Upon first entering the room, it smelled very mildewy. There was clear water damage on the ceiling above the entry door that was poorly fixed. There was water damage in the bathroom where the walls were starting to peel. There was a questionable brown stain on the wall in the bathroom as well. There was mold in the shower head and stains on the towels and washcloths. There were stains on the bed sheets, which we promptly removed. We didn’t ask for room services and were told they had limited staff anyways so they likely wouldn’t stop by when we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign (which they didn’t have, somehow?). We had room service folks try to enter our room twice while we were inside getting ready for the day and would have walked in had we not dead bolted the door. The windows were stuck open a crack on both sides, which may have contributed to the mildew smell. I don’t know that I would choose to stay at this hotel again, it is clearly suffering. No pictures were taken as we tried to stay away as much as possible.

Very good

The staff were all very friendly and it was a great breakfast.

The hotel was very clean throughout, but the furniture, etc. is outdated and could all be replaced with newer items.

Stayed at this location last year and will stay again when we visit the area.

Breakfast was good, woman who helped us check in was excellent.

Furniture was stayed, this is not a friendly thing to see when you first walk in the door.

The room was okay but worn and like mention above, the living area chairs and couches had stains. :(

Excellent location but needs updating.

Clean room, nice staff, excellent location. There were loads of restaurants, 2 grocery stores and a convenience store all within walking distance. Paisley Park is a 5 minute drive away.

The hotel is dated and needs a serious update. They also need to provide "Do Not Disturb " signs because housekeeping kept knocking on our door before we were ready to check out. Quite annoying.

The service, Eleanor was amazing.. such a nice woman and super helpful.

Bathtub didn't drain very well and the water didn't get very hot.
