I loved everything! The staff is very friendly and kind. The room was very clean. But the best part was the view from the balcony.

This hotel was the most brilliant place to stay for a few days, as two female travellers in Crete for the first time we felt very, very safe and the manager was nothing short of brilliant to us. He organised taxis for us throughout our stay - even at the most obscure times. He helped us organise transport from Heraklion airport very late at night and using a coach so that we didn’t have to spend £250+ on a taxi. The manager also and provided us with many different things to do which made our trip really special. The room was lovely and quaint, very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in Crete! (I would also very highly recommend Kissamoss in general as it is the most beautiful place with the most brilliant, kind locals and breathtaking views!)

Great location, great value for the money paid, excellent and very well organised host, amazing staff. The cleaning lady was lovely and very, very attentive.
2 very small issues, only mentioning them to inform the host:
1. The balcony door was not closing properly, so the top right corner was a bit loose. Because of this, whenever the wind was blowing, it was making a whistling noise.
2. The toilet seat was leaned towards the inside, so it could not sit open. I bought a tape and taped it to the water reservoir.
Abyway, these were small things. If I ever return to Kissamos, I will definitely consider this accomodation first.

Location was great ready for onwards travels, host was super and very knowledgeable, with carpark close by - can get busy at night so bare in mind when trying to park late evening. Plenty of places to eat, however following recommendations we opted for sunset at the Orange Bar 5* worth the trip!
Hotel was tired and in need of updating, whilst we cannot speak for all rooms ours was small and whilst there was a drying rail, it wasn't great just above air conditioner units and difficult to access, so opted for hanging towels/swim wear inside.
