Lysithea Apartments - brand new, stylish & central

It was really near the sea, restaurants and supermarkets. Really clean and organized. But the best part was the super warm welcome by the hosts, made us feel at home.

Wish the kitchen was a bit bigger but it still worked fine for simple meals.

Ok apartment in the center of Kissamos. Plenty of space for three people and well-functioning air conditioning.

When we arrived at the apartment, we were given no information about cleaning, changing bed linen, changing towels, what to do with the trash, wifi password. We had to knock on the owners' door when we had questions. There were often repeated trips when no one opened. We stayed in the apartment for 7 nights. We were not offered cleaning, changing bed linen or towels, refilling toilet paper or toiletries. None of us staying in the apartment were asked if there was anything we wanted. The only thing we were offered was to buy honey and olive oil from the samples we were given upon arrival. After 6 days, we had to ask for changing towels, refilling toilet paper and toiletries. The beds were not comfortable. When I raised this with the owner, we were given some bedspreads to put on the bed. It helped a little, but mattress pads would have been preferable. The kitchen was well equipped, but there should have been a bread knife there. We had to carry our clothes in our suitcases, as there were very limited storage options. We had high expectations for the apartment based on previous reviews, but we didn't feel particularly well looked after. It was very special to have to keep knocking on doors to get the necessary information and service. I have travelled a lot, but I have never experienced anything like this.

La struttura era pulita spaziosa e ben tenuta . Ci siamo trovati benissimo . Terrazzo grande e completa di ogni confort

L’unica nota negativa era la vista su un edificio in costruzione che ostacolava la vista mare
