The location is perfect, near the trams, restaurants etc but still quiet enough to sleep well. The apartment was very clean and all essentials were provided. The check in and check out was very easy. It is very comfortable for a couple of single person.
The elevator is very small, I’m not sure it would fit a large suitcase. The apartment is on the forth floor and the elevador was not working in one of the days so I had to go up and down with the stairs being pregnant of 7 months. This might not be a good option for people with low mobility.

I liked the excellent location, the cleanliness, and how comfortable the apartment was. It was well-equipped, quiet, and the host was very friendly and responsive. I would happily stay here again.

The location was fantastic. The apartment is perfectly located for the tram, the old town and the beach. It was bijou but perfect for two people. Everything was spotless and really well thought out. Excellent attention to detail and the bed was really comfortable. It was also a huge bonus having a tiny elevator. We loved the apartment and loved Nice!
