L’emplacement et l’appartement
Micro ondes devant être déplacé car impossible à brancher dans la niche prévue à cet effet
Incapacité à venir réparer le mitigeur de la douche, cassé et donc eau brûlante ( douche avec un saladier d’eau froide pendant 4 jours)

Balcony door wouldn’t lock but we did report and did have great service from Moon on trying to resolve the issue.

Posizione ottima, centralissima. Pulizia buona. Checkin in autonomia efficiente.
Servizio molto minimale. Un solo asciugamano a persona per 4 giorni. Pochissimo spazio per riporre, nessun appendiabiti, un solo armadio minuscolo con 3 grucce e senza ripiani (occupato dalle coperte), no stendino. Poche stoviglie. Zero extra: no carta igienica, nessun prodotto o accessorio per pulire, neppure una scopa. Eravamo in 4 e c'erano solo 3 sedie, il divano letto aperto era incurvato. I rubinetti della doccia un po' malmessi e la doccia allaga il facilemte il bagno, per cui occorrerebbero più tappetini, ma ne hanno dato solo uno in 4. Secondo me va bene per 2 persone (4 davvero troppo) o se ti fermi solo una notte e non devi cucinare. Se vuoi prenderlo er la posizione ottima, ricordati di arrivare attrezzato.

The location is absolutely perfect! Tram stops are just a 5-10 minute walk away, and shopping malls and grocery stores are very close. It takes only about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and the route is packed with shops, restaurants, and cafes. It is also just two tram stops away from the Old Town. Another huge plus for me was the balcony. However, my absolute favorite part of the apartment was the air conditioning - we honestly wouldn't have survived without it!
Upon check-in, I noticed several issues. The temperature regulator in the shower was broken; the water was warm on the first day, but for the rest of our stay, the water was scalding hot, making it very problematic to take a proper shower. There is no curtain in the shower, which is a terrible flaw. Additionally, the shower drain smelled like sewage. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.
Cleanliness was also a major issue: the building's hallway was very dirty, and the apartment itself wasn't very clean either (we found trash and items likely left behind by previous guests). I was excited to find a box for a clothes steamer, but it was empty - I guess someone else needed it more! There were other minor details like scuffed walls and a general lack of maintenance, but those were less critical compared to the plumbing and cleanliness.
