The pool area is amazing, it was the perfect temperature with plenty of pool furniture. Lovely, peaceful location and easy to find. The gardens are extensive and beautiful. If there was anything we needed the hosts either got it for us or could direct us to find the local shops.
The temperatures were in the mid 30s, but there was always somewhere in the shade to sit out for morning coffee, lunch and dinner.
It was all very relaxing, quiet and just what we needed to get away from it all. Being in the middle of the heel it was a great location to get to the east, south and west coasts.
Only a couple of minor issues. Some windows would not close properly (kitchen and bathroom). The air-conditioning didn't always work but the shutters helped to keep the house cool. We only used part of the villa with 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms have access to the main bathroom in the hallway. We did not see all of the villa so not sure how many other bathrooms there are for the other 4 bedrooms.

The pool was great. The hosts left a welcome pack.
The hosts were on site and the check in and check out were strange. The host didn’t want to leave us alone and left the gates open which was odd and we couldn’t close them. There were a lot of ants in the property. It was obviously previously a very nice villa and garden, but it clearly needs updating and was old and tired. It was therefore strange that although they state that pets are allowed and we had informed the hosts by message that we were bringing a pet, they told us when we arrived that we couldn’t bring the dog into the house. The villa was very expensive for this strange behaviour and having to deal with ants all over the beds and bedrooms.

È una villa di importanti dimensioni
quindi necessita di molta manutenzione ma tenuta molto accogliente.

The location. The size of the property. The owners were fantastic. The availability of equipment. A little attention to detail and making the property a little clearer of personal possessions would make this an excellent choice.
Felt like you were living in the owners house. The wardrobes were full of their own clothes and possessions.
