Das Frühstücksangebot war reichlich. Die zentrale aber trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage ist praktisch. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Zimmergröße, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit perfekt
Die Garzeit der Frühstückseier war wohl unterschiedlich.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man konnte draußen frühstücken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer klein, aber mit allem, was man braucht. Eigentlich alles gut.
Es war sehr heiß in der Zeit und das Zimmer war auch nachts viel zu warm, um gut schlafen zu können. Viele ältere Bauten sind eben nicht auf die Sommer des Klimawandels eingerichtet oder nicht entsprechend gebaut. Das trifft sicher nicht nur auf dieses Hotel zu.

Super Ausstattung mit verstellbaren Bett.
Gutes Frühstück.
Gute Größe der Zimmer mit Extra Badetüchern für die Europa Therme gegenüber.
Dass man beim Check-in nur bis 17 Uhr Zeit hat und ansonsten in ein Nachbarhotel muss um alles abzuwickeln.
Bei der Einfahrt ins Parkhaus muss man zuerst eingecheckt sein und leider übersieht man die Steuerung für das Tor.

Too upset about arrival process to enjoy.
We called the hotel we would arrive after closing time. We were told this would be no problem, and we simply had to go to the hotel across the street to get our key. Upon arrival the gentleman at the reception there told us he was closed (...) and did not open his reception door. We were to speak to him thru an opening in a side door but were not allowed into his kingdom. Super rude. Then he could not find our reservations and we were told this was our problem as his computer was already shut down. Finally it turned out he had been looking at the wrong date. Still all our fault we were told because we came after his computer closure. Anyway. Made it in. Never in the process received an apology. Letting customers talk to u thru closed doors is not acceptable in any situation....
