I visit the hotel every summer. It is very peaceful with good facilities and polite staff. The meals included in the half board are variable and of excellent quality. Eveything is mantained well. We needed assistance several times and everyone was very helpful.

Everything was exceptional: the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (everywhere - bars, restaurants, housekeeping, reception), the facility was modern, tidy and well-maintained. We enjoyed the spa center facilities and the open pool with warm water - I extremely recommend that one for families with small children. Special admirations for the Chef and his team - variable and delicious food - enough for all the guests and different tastes!
I hope I will have the chance to come again!
There was some problem with the air-conditioning in our room. The maintenance technician came in a very short time, but over all the air-conditioner could work better.

It was clean and staff was very polite. The food was quite good and there was lots of variety.
The property does not seem to be well maintained. Each time we stay in Arte, it looks to be more and more worn out. There were a lot of children, so it’s not the best place if you are looking to relax and have some peaceful moments.
