Хотелът е страхотен! Много сме доволни!
Басейните, СПА центърът и храната беше на високо ниво! За всичко е помислено, възхитена съм! Добро отношение на персонала, усмихнати, внимателни, стаите бяха много просторни. Детският център е малък, но много готин. Всеки ден има анимация за деца. Намира се на страхотно място, много зеленина наоколо и чист въздух. Бих го посетила с удоволствие отново!
Единственото, което не ни хареса беше ужасния изтърбушен матрак, на който не можахме да спим 2 вечери нормално, както и липсата на масичка на терасата, а двата оставени високи стола бяха целите наакани от птици.

The hotel is located at the top of Velingrad, making the view of the surrounding area breathtaking. It's a very clean and comfy hotel, the spa area is perfect.
