The art and style of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. The food was really nice aswell. Excellent facilities including the park adjoined to the hotel.
The pull out couch had stains and the mattress was stained aswell.

The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants around. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and polite. We had free room upgrade to appartment which was big surprise for us. The hotel is next to the park with big playground for kids. The interior needs some face lifting but it is well maintained and clean and has all what you need for a reasonable price. Will come back again.

The location and the park, which is also badly maintained like everything else.I'm sorry for the inherent wealth of the city.
The building is old and depreciated,dirty and expensive for the services they offer, the lifeguard on the beach is cynical and arrogant, the staff only care about the tip.I had expectations but was disappointed.
