The hotel was amazing value for money. There were over five swimming pools, including two children ones, all with hot mineral water, several saunas and steam rooms, perfect for relax for the family. The room was big, there was a lot of space left even with a baby cot. We had breakfast and dinner included, there was a huge choice of meals, everything we tried was very tasty, there was no problem with availability of tables or food though we were there on official holiday in Bulgaria. There is also a nice child playground inside the hotel and a play area for both small and bigger kids with а person to take care and make it more interesting for the kids. The staff was also very kind.
The hotel is up on a hill and about 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre, which was not a problem for us, as we like to walk but is good tip for less active people.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and relaxing. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the pools and sauna area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful atmosphere. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
The Wi-Fi connection could be a little stronger in some areas, and the parking spaces were sometimes limited during busy hours. Other than that, everything was very good.

Excellent spa, massages, outdoor pools with hot mineral water, children's swimming area.
The chef prepares a variety of breakfasts and dinners professionally,
the view from the room was wonderful!

The hotel is in need of renovation; the rooms have old furniture, plumbing, dusty carpeting, hard linens and towels, and no mattress pad.

The SPA center was very nice as it had a variety of different facilities and pools which seemed enough even at times when the hotel was at full capacity.
The rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms need urgent renovations. It is often loud and you can hear people in other rooms or through the corridors because the rooms are not properly sound proof.
