Loved that place, definitely will come back, room was rather small but clean with small window, but nice view, central location. although guest house on top of very steep street, coffee and tea available, very friendly owner and staff, cafe next door.

Authentic Mestia feeling with a great host. Tasty food in the cafe and amazing view of the mountains and the towers. You can enter and go up in one of the towers and visit an old museum house for free. You need 15-20mins walking to the centre, the slope iat quite steep, but it's still worth it 👌

Nice location and good view. It’s a short climb from the centre but definitely worth it. The garden was very nice. Check in was super easy.
There’s a small cooking place however the equipment could be better.

The only positive was that the room was warm.
The photos are misleading – they show the entire hotel and a fully equipped kitchen, while in reality the kitchen is shared and completely unequipped (no dishes, utensils, or stove). The room is small, the shower had a bad smell, and the door lock didn’t work – we couldn’t lock our room. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and squeaked loudly with every movement. The administrator was slow to respond and didn’t answer calls. The apartment is located high up on a hill – walking back from the city center would be very difficult for an elderly person or a family with children. We left after just one night. Not recommended.
