The guest house was so wonderful! It was very conveniently located and Nanu and Thomas were absolutely incredible hosts. We felt like family during our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Mestia.

The selling point of guest houses like this is the hosts, and Nanu is an exceptional host who couldn't do any more to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It's this hospitality that elevates the stay and experience, the tea and coffee which are always available, the offers of homemade chacha and cognac. The environment feels like a real home from home: the beautiful garden with incredible views to mount Ushba, outside seating and everything is scrupulously clean. You can tell that the experience her guests take away is of the utmost importance and we had a great experience.
It's the perfect location to enjoy the town of Mestia and I would highly recommend staying here.
We were in the budget room by choice and knew there were no external windows. The lighting was good, but the air could get a little stale.

Beautiful garden property with views of the mountains! One of our favorite stays on the hike, Tamaz greeted us with some samplings of his homemade chacha, cognac, Svan salt, wine, and honey (we bought some to take with us!) to enjoy. The room was clean, had convenient storage compartments and shelves, and a really nice bathroom and shower!

Nanu was the best host we've had. The guesthouse is centrally located, making it easy to get around. Our room was lovely and the garden was beautiful. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and Nanu even helped us pack a lunch box for the day's trek.
