Clean and comfortable enough space for whole family!

The apartment itself was very comfortable, large and well built.
When we have arrived with the family for one night stay after big day all we wanted to go to the place and relax and enjoy our evening. Everything was really all good with the apartment itself. Though we did find crumbs on the floor and feeling that it was not properly cleaned. Also had to go back to the reception and ask for a few more towels as there 5 of us and only 3 towels. Later on we also noticed that the sheets were missing from extra sofa bed, had to go again downstairs to the reception to ask for it and they were not pleased or friendly about it, only said we will bring it to the room, the flat sheet had cigaret whole in it. The next morning while we were trying to explain all this situation to the other staff member and asked to pass it to the manager so it would not happen to other guests. She simply started being defensive about it and said it was not her fault as she was not working last night. So no apologies, no nothing, had to leave in a bad mood as she was pretty upsetting with her attitude. Anyways, the place is missing hooks for the towels as for 5 people there is nowhere to put them. Would be nice to have a tea towel in the kitchen and there was no bins in the bathrooms too. One of the mattresses had a whole on the side of it fixed with tape, maybe it would be better to put a fitted sheet or something to hide it as it was not nice to walk into the room and see it the whole time. Not sure if it was mentioned during the booking where info is (maybe I could not find it) but car park is available, but need to be paid extra for it and no one asked before the arrival if we needed to book it. Apart from that as I’ve mentioned before, apartment itself large and cozy, good location.

Had big family room, it was unexpected huge. Clean, bright apartment. Big bathroom. Breakfast was perfect, even should to go another building some block further, for 30 PLN it was too much to eat (we chose English breakfast option from menu) :)
Underground car parking.
Microwave was broken. we arrived very late, took some products from local shop and was not able to make it warm. At least induction cooker worked and was able to cook meal. Was no paper towels (would be good to have it there as this is apartment). Apartment door electronic lock was not convenient.
Apartment location. its very outside from centre (local citizen district). Most likely not suggest to walk around at late night.
