When we reported the issues we experienced they were very prompt to be seen to try and fix.

Toilet seat was moving, advised it is ok, it is a new (cheap) seat and did not fit the Toilet properly. Front door lock was hard to open, one evening we had to give it a hard shove to open the door. They changed our room at the start , which took alot of time. I did tell her very clearly not to worry about it, but she kept saying it will only be a couple of minutes more. It was a shock to get an extra charge to my card for the "room upgrade".
