The home provides large open plan living flowing through the lounge, dining and into the kitchen. Boasting three double bedrooms, and modern bathroom. Outdoor living is ideal with a sun soaked patio off the lounge, a pool area and heaps of outdoor space.
You'll be the ideal temperature throughout the seasons with fireplace and heat pump in the living rooms and a second heat pump in the hallway.
The property is surrounded by trees and gardens creating a sense of privacy and a sense of country living. Fully fenced including an electric gate, making it safe and convenient.

Lovely host, perfect property - loads of space, incredibly comfy beds, refreshing pool and relaxing outdoor space. Loved that it had AC and heating as we had such a mix of weather! Thanks for a great stay

A great stay and chance to spend time with visiting relatives living in the Sounds. Spacious, comfortable home with modern appliances and well equipped. Covered, secure decking around pool. Fenced, mature garden with electric gate - very safe for g/children. Central location to attractions and shopping centre. Hope to come back.
