Reception and housekeeping staff treatment.
Reservation office attempted to charge me higher rate than Booking.com rate when I extended my stay.
Upon stay extension via Booking, Reservation and Reception staff kept calling my room several times to pay room charges immediately. That was bothersome.
To the point, Bellman came to my room with charging machine with a charge much higher than Booking rate that I signed for.
Walls not sound insulated. Noise from neighbors and highway. Swimming pool doesn’t suite adults.
VIP Lounge was not made available.
Roof restaurant space is very hot and not suitable for lunch.
