Exceptional

Absolutely fantastic accomadation and location! Amazing view of the sea from the apartment! All amenities are within a ten minute walk including the beach! My host was extremely helpful and accomadating! I would highly recommend this location and apartment. Great stay!

Everything was amazing - host, apartment, the balcony and view (!!!), pool and resort!

The host was very polite and helpful, she waited for us next to the entrance in the yard and showed us everything, also mentioned that during our stay she is available near the building for some days and also always one call away. Elena was super nice to us and she even welcomed us in the apartment with sparkling wine and lemonade, was super nice start to our vacation! :) Also there are a lot of parking near the place, so it's easy to leave your. car there and bus stop very close as well.

Only one thing - we all three guests (girls) agreed to other reviews, that we were really missing an extra mirror where you could see your self in full length and there is even a place where to put it. As well it was hard to get ready when everyone needs a mirror to put a make up and etc.

Our overall stay was good. We loved the location & the friendliness of everyone we spoke to.

The host was superb & couldn't fault any communication with her. The location was perfect. Close to bars & restaurants & a short walk to the beach. The pool was an added bonus with plenty of sun loungers. The pool was clean & quite big. There were great views from the balcony of the sea.

Sadly the bed was really uncomfortable & the air conditioning wasn't the best. The apartment was also lacking another mirror as the only one there was, was over the sink in the bathroom. The apartment could also do with being updated.

Great location

The location of the studio is very close to the supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Pool is very clean and the products from the bar pool aren't expensive. Highly recommend this location.

1. location is good, nice view from the balcony 2. very good wi-fi and air conditioner. 3. Host left a comlimentary water and wine. 4. Recieved keys very easy 5. Modesta is a very nice host.

1. There were red ants in the bathroom. 2. pillows need to be changed. 3. neighbours decided to do renovation in the appartment to the right. So it was very noisy. 4. During the night you can hear highway and passing cars. 5. One key is not comfortable. As well there should be instructions how to ooen pool doors as I thought that the key was incorrect. I was walking around the pool and tried to open all the doors until I have found pne that coukd be opened. The sunbeds are outdated. 6. lift is in front of the door so you can hear it 8. sofa was a little bit dirty. 9. the bed is around 140 x 200, was to small for us

Very good

Apartments were very well equipped, so you'll find everything you need there. It was very clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. Views from balcony are fabulous and location itself is quite close to supermarkets, big parking and restaurants, 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Outside door sound isolation is really bad. You'll hear every person passing if they are talking. From my experience, it's a thing in Spain (and Tenerife) in general, so maybe that's normal by these standards. Chairs in balcony extremely uncomfortable, which is a shame with such a nice view from it.

Exceptional

Proper home from home . It has everything you need , WiFi, big tv with English channels , sea view, sun on balcony mid afternoon micro wave , washing machine (which came in as we were hand luggage only) massive fridge, and super clean ! Equipped with the basics , tea, coffee, sweetener, dish cloth, washing powder, cooking oil, wash liquid. Beach towels , loads of bedding Loved everything about this apartment, just up road from sun inn, no noise at night ,, perfect ! Glad I read some one else review though has it doesn’t say it s in Orlando apartment’s, rang the owner on arrival and someone came to meet us , really friendly bar staff , The owner was really friendly via text has we didn’t meet her in person , and hopefully were going to book again this year !

Small niggle there was no toaster , and a decent tin opener, but that’s it Loved it !
