Absolutely delightful. Room was ideal, good size and small kitchen had everything for preparing an easy dinner. Loved everything. Breakfast in the mill house by the mill stream was fantastic. Homemade yoghurt, delicious fresh breads, croissants and local cheeses. Walking around the lake seeing the animals was lovely. Such a peaceful setting .. a short walk into Pons for restaurants and bars.

Everything, the location was stunning, so peaceful , yet only 20 min walk into the small town. The room was clean & fresh & the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, homemade yoghurt, croissants, breads , jams & cheese’s, fruit , tea , coffee & apple juice . Florian the owner was so friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend & hopefully we get chance to go back there again next year.

Perfectly located for travellers, Jolysable is a gem. Interesting building which offers really nice accommodation, and the lake, grounds and animals offer real interest and novelty, especially for youngsters..
The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and charming. Breakfast was excellent.
All in all, highly recommended and we'll certainly use it again.
A friendly and affable host is the cherry on the iced bun of delight.
