The hotel is clean and convenient for the highway. We have stayed there before but this was the first time with the new checking in system!
Checking in system for two people in their late 70s was torture. Two reasons 1) light in entrance not good enough to read instructions and 2) payment machine too low down. It could have been better situated

Les ferme-portes actuelles se referment trop violemment, ce qui génère du bruit et peut réveiller les résidents tôt le matin ou tard le soir.
Certaines personnes retiennent les portes pour les éviter de claquer, ce qui n’est pas systématique et peut engendrer des usages désordonnés et des situations inconfortables.
Le manque de sensibilisation ou de comportement collectif autour du respect du silence et du “vivre ensemble” contribue à ces nuisances.
CONSEIL: Afficher un rappel discret sur le respect du silence nocturne et sur les bonnes pratiques concernant les portes.

Het ontbijt was correct,
Om halfvijf geen personeel aanwezig en de machine werkte niet .
Opbellen was noodzakelijk, maar er is niets voorzien om de instructies comfortabel te noteren.
Het personeel bij het ontbijt vond het niet nodig om ons te groeten. Met een hoofdknik werd ons om het nummer van on ze kamer gevraagd.
