Nice antique room and bathroom.
The little dog wasn’t very welcoming.

The room was large and clean, wifi good and the breakfast was very nice.
The owner was very taciturn almost to the point of making me feel unwelcome. No netting on the window and opening it invited bugs inside.

An "OK" No frills place, Shared bathroom,, OK for us as only ones there.
spacious room, No fridge, No TV, No kettle etc. But theres a kitchen downstairs with fridge and kettle, so no big deal..
Like previous comments, theres a Musky smell, I think its the old books in the hallway.
The Breakfast was adequate and nice coffee
Owners, The Wife only spoke Georgian, so no conversations.
Going by the places we stayed in Georgia, I would price this at 60-70 gl not 90gl Not complaining, just saying. On street parking was fine.
