The condo includes two master bedrooms and living room all adjoining the balcony with gulf views overlooking the pristine white beaches and sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. This beautiful condo is one of the few Tropic Winds 3 bedroom, low floor, condos with 2 master bedrooms. The complex has an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. The reserved parking spot is conveniently located directly across from the elevator. Additional vehicles park in the overflow parking deck across the street. All items from furniture, to artwork to accessories have been professionally hand picked making your home-away-from-home experience truly memorable. Two oceanfront master suites have king beds, armoires, nightstands, closets and private baths with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has two queen beds, dresser drawers and a closet. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. The third bathroom features a shower/tub combination. The large living area has sit down dining for six plus four at the counter. A queen size sleeper sofa, with chairs make this unit the perfect place to relax. With exceptional furnishings, the unit has nine foot ceilings, four ceiling fans, crown molding, a balcony bar, fully equipped kitchen and ice maker. It also features a large separate laundry room with washer and dryer. It should easily accommodate two families. The resort is located about five - ten minutes from the Pier Park, which is the premier dining, shopping and entertainment destination of Panama City Beach. Within a short drive there are multiple golf courses, preserves and natural parks, deep sea fishing charters, antiquing and Shell Island shuttles. Please remember this is a privately owned vacation home whose owner wants you to enjoy what they enjoy. Please take good care of it as you would your own home. Beautiful condo with enough room to move around. Great that everyone had own bathroom. Awesome balcony, with it being an end unit we got aside view. Pool, hottub, and property were very clean. Easy access to the beach. Liked we were at the end with less traffic. Was easy to get in and out, just drive down to Pier Park. Tubs are very slippery. Need to put bathtub mats in condo bathrooms for guest to use if they want to or list it as an item they may want to bring. Had beach toys for guest to use, and 2 beach loungers were provided for this unit to use. Loved that it had washer and dryer in unit.

Tropic Winds is a beautiful condo in a great location in PCB. We could not have asked for better customer care from Riley! Thank you for allowing us to celebrate a retirement in such a beautiful and comfortable space.

Great Spot, condo was clean and well furnished and located on the “quiet end” of PCB.
The fact that it had two master bedrooms with kings makes it ideal for families traveling together.
Our only complaint…the elevators are slow and seemingly having issues (1-2 out of 3 down at differing times) during our stay.
I can’t blame that on the condo owner or the managing group (Greta’s… who were excellent) but to the building owner(s), clearly there is some work to be done.
** if you have a large truck (F-250, 350 etc) consider driving in with something else, parking is premium here. Even in our Expedition, it was extremely tight, there’s no way I could’ve got my truck in and around.
All in all, excellent stay !!!

It was wonderful overall! We did experience little hick-ups during our stay but nothing to cause concern. We try to have a very relaxed mindset about things when on vacation. The only thing that bothered us was that dirty dishes were obviously taken from the dishwasher before being cleaned. This was not accidental either, the dishes were greasy and NASTY! There was no way you could mistake them for clean, sickening! We refused to use any dishes in the condo for the entire trip. It was the only time during the trip that I lost my cool!! The rooms were also rather dusty and had a musty smell upon our arrival; we bought air freshener and cleaned a little before settling in. I hope that the condo owner gets someone else to clean this condo, whoever is doing it currently has no pride in there work. The views from the condo were wonderful and the balcony is were we spent most of our time...when we weren't on the beach. Beautiful location, beach was awe inspiring at this location. The beach at the neighboring properties seemed like it was not cared for nearly as well. You wouldn't go wrong staying at this property.

I feel that the cleaning company overextended themselves. The lady that cleaned the condo told me she had cleaned 14 units that day which could explain why our unit was not all that clean. We were told they would have them come clean again but we just did it ourselves.. Parking was Terrible. We could not fit our truck in the assigned parking and the overflow was not much better. Very tight parking - okay if you drive a compact car but not for a full sized vehicle. Location was good not very crowded on that end on the strip. Liked the location but wouldn't stay here again.

We were charged close to $3,000 for a week stay, it was so dirty that we had to wash our bedding before we could sleep, the dirt and dust on the furniture was hideous! I have pictures of it all! It was dark, all the decor was dark and depressing. The furniture was beat down and old. It was just terrible. We made it very clear to the owner about our stay and our concern to have paid so much money for such a dark, old, dirty place! The owner didn't even give us a discount but offered us a cleaning fee which five months later we still have never received. Very unprofessional. would not recommend this rental group to anyone.

Overall we had a good vacation. The resort had some good features(close parking, close to beach, clean) the condo itself I was a little disappointed in for the price we paid for it. It was not very clean, furniture and outdoor furniture very worn. Pictures on Internet must be old. Carpet in bedroom was not clean. Blankets were not clean and piled in the floor of the closet. Also kitchen not equipped well for our individual needs( skillets Teflon scratched off in the bottom, no cookie sheet at all. Otherwise had plenty of plates etc. the few problems we had on the first night were quickly taken care of when the owner came to our room to talk to us and attempt to meet all our needs. He was very nice and offered to have the room cleaned again. His attentiveness was very much appreciated. I don't like to write negative things but for this price range I would think furnishings would be in better condition.

This was our first year renting with Greta and it was a great experience. The condo was very nice and had everything you need. Loved the fact that there was two master bedrooms with access to the balcony. The beach is great and we did not experience any problems. The building has some age on it but the unit was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this unit and working with Greta.

We had a great time. The balcony was everyone's favorite part. It's huge! We ate our meals out there several times. The room situation was optimal for our group. Two kings and two twins gave us plenty of space, and each room has a private bath. The only drawback is the parking arrangement. Although we had one assigned space, there is very little available in the overflow parking. If we had had more than two cars, parking would have been a big issue. As it was, we still found it difficult at times. PCB needs to get on board with Uber and Lyft. The cab service is slack.

Family loves PCB, Tropic Winds is a great location not too crowded on the west end of the beach. Condo was perfect for us 2 king bdrm and one with 2 single beds. Plenty of room on baloney and in the living area. We walked everyday for 2 miles no problems. Condo was clean and in excellent condition. We would love to come back again.

Greta's service was prompt and personal. We had a great time and the condo was as described and lovely. You can't beat the porch. There were several chipped dishes and cups, but there was a lot of dishes. We did have to purchase a cheese grater. The only true complaint is the master bed mattress in the gold colored room. I literally rolled towards the middle of the mattress when we were both in bed. A suggestion for the bathrooms would be safety bars. At least in one of the master bathrooms. We had a 89 year old with us who would have benefited from bars.

My friends and I had a great time and this roomy condo was fantastic, 3 bedrooms all with thier own bathrooms fit just perfectly, the place was clean and has a fantastic oversized balcony. The beach service was great. Would recommend to anyone, it is on the quiet end of the beaches but close enough to enjoy the good food and shopping.

My husband and I, with our 2 kids traveled all day and had previously booked a room at another location. The location was not suitable for our kids and frantically, we canceled our week stay with them. After long hours of driving around Panama and calling different places, I got ahold of Greta’s husband via a phone number listed online. They had a 2 or 3 bedroom available, the 2 bedroom being our best option but the 2 bedroom also being looked at, at the same time we were looking. For price reasons, and the predicament we were in, Greta and her husband cut us a deal for their 3 bedroom condo. The location was beautiful. The condo was very homey. And the hospitality and concern Greta and her husband showed us at 9:45 on a Saturday night was amazing for our family. Would definitely recommend and if ever back to Panama will stay with Greta’s condos again!
