Located in Marco Island, this charming house for $1,100 per night is a great option for your next break. We offer our unique 3500SF under air warm and welcoming multi-level waterfront cul-de-sac pool home. COPY OF VALID DRIVERS LICENSE OR ID OF RENTER IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING. The upper level has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open concept family room, dining room, morning room and kitchen, plus pantry and laundry room, and 2000 SF wrap-around deck. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, two walk-in closets, calming water view and a 46” HD SMART TV. The master bath has a toilet room, two sinks, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub to relax in after a long day at the beach. Other bedrooms include a king bed, stunning water view, walk-in closet, and attached semi-private full bath that also has access from the hallway; a queen bed with walk-in closet located directly across the hall from the hall bath; a 2-full sized beds with attached full bath with walk-in shower. The open-concept vaulted ceiling living space includes a large but cozy family room, a gorgeous dining room with a 9’ table and seating for 10, a high end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a morning room with beautiful water view that also seats 10. The 60” HD SMART TV with sound bar located in the family room is viewable from all areas of this open-concept living space. The Kitchen features a Jenn Air gas range, a French-door large capacity refrigerator, and a spacious double oven. The laundry/pantry room is located off of the kitchen and features a high capacity washer and dryer, sink and ample storage. The huge wrap-around covered deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The deck has plenty of eating and seating areas. The lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a rec room. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, and attached full bath with walk-in shower. The bath is also accessible from the rec room and the pool area. The rec room has a 60” HD SMART TV with sound bar that is also viewable from the outdoor living area, a comfy sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, kitchenette with large French-door refrigerator, and gorgeous views through the 3 glass sliding doors to the outdoor living area. The 2000 SF outdoor living area offers both covered and open areas with plenty of eating and seating areas, and gorgeous views all around! The large 30’X15’ heated pool offers lots of space for all to enjoy. Ground level covered patios and huge 1000 SF dock with grill and fish table makes the outdoor space complete. The 1500SF 3-car garage has 12’ ceilings, and is bright, clean, and well organized. Lots of fun things can be found here! Beautiful home with plenty of space. Fabulous dock for fishing and full size pool for swimming. Our family of 9 enjoyed it tremendously. Lots of nice extras to make the vacation more fun- beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Fun kayaks. Close to restaurants and beaches.

This property is perfect
We stayed as 3 couples and 3 children and the rooms are fantastic, clean and each one large.
It could not be faulted excellent from start to finish. The location of the house is perfect for trips to Publix or to the beach front with its restaurants - Pinchers the favourite !
The pool is a great size and heated up very quickly and plenty of sun seats and sun loungers both around the pool and on the dock.
Plenty of towels and the kayaks where a great extra.
Room to park 3 cars in the garage and still have another 3 on the drive.
Both the adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we hope to be back in 5years time.

We rented this property to celebrate our 45th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The home was amazingly comfortable for our family of 11, aging from 6 to 70. The children and adults so enjoyed all the activities the home offered!! Beth was so easy to work with and so conscientious about making sure we enjoyed our stay. Our family will always cherish the great memories made from this trip! We would definitely book this home again for a future vacation!

We had such an amazing time staying that this property. It comfortably slept 10 adults (could have fit 2 more on the pull out couch) and had enough space for all of us to eat dinner together and hang out both inside or outside of the house. The pool is fantastic and very private. They provide everything you need for the beach including chairs and coolers. And the kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook every night. It is also a great location, the grocery store is just down the street and the beach is an easy drive. I hope we are lucky enough to stay again someday.

Our family of 8 travels every summer for a week of quality time. This is the perfect home for large groups...a beautiful, well stocked home in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood, great location to beach, stores, grocery stores and wonderful homeowners! Beth was very helpful with information prior to our trip about things to do in the area and places to visit and eat. She was went above and beyond to make our vacation a wonderful experience! If we are fortunate to find ourselves back at Marco Island there is no doubt we will request staying at her & Pete's home!

I did see a dolphin in the cove on one morning. The outside is just right for a family and the kids all had a great time. Marco Island is beautiful and I would highly recommend this home. They had absolutely everything you could need as far a towels, beach gear, chairs, coolers, pool toys, kayaks and bicycles. Publix is just around the corner and is very convenient. Nice location, loved the ocean breeze
The house was large and expansive, plenty of room both inside and outside. Screened to keep the bugs out with plenty for our group, 4 adults and 6 kids (Teen to 6 years old).
Great location with Publix literally 1-minute drive away.
The only negative is the stairs, so if you have someone who has problems with stairs I wouldn't recommend it. Because you have to walk-up/down to the main floor (2nd level) pretty much every time you leave or return. There is a bedroom on the ground level though.
I would definitely book this home again!

Perfect House for an extended family
We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our extended family of ten, including four grandchildren. The house looks just like the pictures, spacious and exceptionally clean. Convenient to Publix market.
We made significant use of the heated pool and screened-in patio. Everyone enjoyed the stay; we have many great memories of our time in Marco Island.
Beth was very accommodating, check-in / out could not have been any easier. She provided excellent details prior to our trip as well as being very responsive to our inquiries during the week.

Great for families!!!
This was my families first time in Marco Island and it did not disappoint!! The owners are wonderful and the house was extremely clean and a perfect location. I had gone with kids ranging from 5-1 yrs old. The pool was perfect and enclosed. They even had floats and fishing poles ready for the kids! Publix is walking distance away in case you need any groceries and there are tons of restaurants nearby as well. I would highly recommend!

This is a great property!! Spacious, both inside and outside. Ample room to accommodate the 12 adults. Pool was great, amenities were great. Beth paid attention to a lot of the details needed to rent this property. Only 1.6 miles to the beach. Great water way on this property—saw a dolphin one day. Would definitely rent this property again!!!

The house was perfect in every way. The location was ideal on a pretty open dock, close to beach, shopping etc.... The amenities in the house made it easy for everyone to enjoy their time. We used the bikes, kayaks, pool, and fishing off the dock. The house was in excellent shape and had nice touches everywhere. THe balcony around the entire house was a place for each person to relax alone or with the family. We cooked TG dinner and the kitchen was fully stocked without a single item missing. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to Beth for sharing an amazing home. We truly felt like we were home.
