Excelente ubicación, cerca a toda la tentación de los postres más ricos de Cali, las instalaciones sencillas pero lo suficientemente cómodas y ordenadas para hacer de la visita un tiempo agradable, los desayunos deliciosos y el staff increíblemente amable y dispuesto a colaborar, Natalia es una persona muy agradable y atenta:)

Algo q me pareció de gran ayuda es ubicación y comodidad
Fue un poco difícil encontrarlos porque no tienen un letrero con su nombre y muchos de los taxistas no conocían el hotel

El desayuno, el chico nos hizo el favor de guárdanos hasta más tarde que llegamos, y las personas que lo sirvieron muy amables
La habitación estaba súper deteriorada, olía mucho a humedad, ese aire el control súper pegado y que problema para prender y apagarlo, casi no enfriaba, yo reservé con más de un mes de anticipación y aparte de que nos pusieron en la habitación más deteriorada quedaba al lado de la recepción y se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, los timbres, los que entrababan y salían y de las personas que se quedaban esperando en la recepción… le dijimos a la persona que estaba en ese momento que si nos podía cambiar y solo nos respondió “no hay más habitaciones”, terrible, esta es mi 3 vez que me quedo y será la última
