About this apartment rental
Welcome to House of the Sun-Unit 404-“your vacation home on the beach”.
In the kitchen, this refreshing unit has new cabinets, quartz counter tops, state-of-the-art appliances, and a stacked washer/dryer for your laundry needs.
The living room has all new leather furniture, modern glass-topped end tables, and a new 55” ultra hi-def TV, with surround sound bar and blu-ray player.
The dining area has a modern glass-topped dinette set with seating for six. A pair of stools at the snack bar are perfect for snacking or just chatting.
New porcelain tile has been installed throughout the common areas.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with new bedding, and a 40” HDTV. The guest room has all new furniture with two twin-sized beds and a 40” HDTV and a DVD player. Both bedrooms are newly carpeted and have huge closets, dresser space, and occasional seating.
For your comfort, ceiling fans are provided in both of the bedrooms, as well as the living room.
Enjoy the artwork. In the living room you will find abstract expressionist, limited edition prints by Tampa-based David Edmund. The master bedroom has undersea paintings by Bonnie Lynn Brankey, and in the guest bedroom, the watercolors are by Sarasota artist, Shawn McLoughlin.
Relax to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico on your private balcony, furnished with two lounge chairs, and a table with seating for four.
House of the Sun offers a heated pool, tennis courts, party room, assigned parking places, cabana, and outdoor barbeque area. Free high speed wireless internet is provided throughout the building. Two sun decks provide relaxation and camaraderie while viewing spectacular sunsets. And, best of all, you can enjoy the most beautiful beach in the country!

It was very nice, really enjoyed the beach. A couple of things: the TV remotes in both bedrooms did not work. The floors were a bit dirty - not mopped

the 'all in' price was up 28% since 2022 for unit 404!That seems out of line. The new sliding door is nice, but the condo itself needs bathroom upgrades and a new master BR bed. I hope you take this as a constructive critique....rather than criticism.

House of Sun location was GREAT. Staff was amazing. I will however, NEVER STAY in Unit 404 again. Bathrooms need to be updated and mold needs to be removed from there. Bed is super old like probably 20 years old. Bedrooms and furniture need an update. EVERYTHING IN THE UNIT IS OLD. We paid a lot of $$ to stay there for a week and I was so disappointed.
