Good value, midrange rooms with kitchens and washer/dryers but far from everything

Good value, spacious rooms with well equiped kitchens and combination washer/dryers (including detergent!!), very nice large washrooms, modern, well maintained, helpful staff, 24/7 reception, telephones in rooms, safe area, elevators

Far from everything and area is pretty much dead, so need to have a vehical or ride hailing app to dine/do shopping, central air conditioning is not very good, some rooms with unappealing views of adjacent buildings

The room itself is very nice!

Staff not responsive! - Air-con not cold, they said wait for tomorrow they will fixed! - TV broken, they said wait till tomorrow! - Room not clean, they said wait till tomorrow! We did not put DND but they still don clean our room, they said all guest must tell them to clean, otherwise they don clean!

not much they advertised have a pool but when I asked staff they said top floor I went to use it and it's empty

bathroom not clean no tv but has a set top box, has a hot plate but no pans or cutlery

The room is nice and it has good facilities. We forgot to visit or use the pool.

We liked the facilities in the room. There's a refrigerator, a single stove conductor and washing machine. It would be nice if there's pots and cutlery to use. The room is comfortable and quiet.

The air conditioner is not cold and we felt hot once in a while. It would be nicer if the air conditioner is working well. The place is quite far and there are no restaurants within the vicinity, so we just ordered food online.

Great room with simple amenities

good to have a swimming pool and basic gym. also provided with simple cookware great to have a washing machine and powder was provided 👍🏼

There were quite a few ants despite our best efforts to cover and store food correctly Could maybe provide a sponge and some washing up liquid for a bonus.

Staff were very friendly. Nice sized room with washing machine.

Rooms smelt awful (smoke like smell but wasn't sure) Rooms were not cleaned or maintained well. Had to hire cutlery and crockery if required. A deposit of $60 had to be paid upon arrival, which was not mentioned. The location was on an island which required tuk tuk to get anywhere (ok, location was our fault on checking), and most olaces were still being built. The swimming pool on the roof was clean, but all tables and decking were filthy. They couldn't use it as our daughters got covered in dirt as soon as they climbed from the pool when wet.

PLEASE DONT TAKE THIS HOTEL EVER. (All that glitters is not gold)

The only thing good was the location. It looks posh and nearby there is a supermarket where you get everything.

We booked a room for 16 days via booking.com. The first room smelled like smoke (my husband and I are both allergic to smoke). So we requseted for change of room. They provided second room. 1 day in the new room and we were sneezing continuously and got sick(cold and fever). I noticed dust floating.Checked the AC, found out was full of dust (like its never been cleaned at all). Then we got irritated and requested for another room. We got another room and the bathroom was maintained so bad. so we decided to vacate immediately because we changed 3 rooms and got sick (next death? no thank you!). Since we got sick because of the AC condition, we requested refund for the rest of the days(13 days). The staffs and the management were so money minded. They said "since you are cancelling mid term. we will charge 7.5 days rent as cancellation fee". We tried to get the refund for 13 days because we were not provided what was promised. We knew it was no point discussing with them and decided to leave with whatever refund they give. It's not about the money but about the business ethics. "If people get sick because you didn't maintain your rooms. you shouldn't penalise the customers by charging them extra". This is unfair practice.

It’s frustrating. So we planned to change our hotel .

The hotel is so smelly ( smells the smoke of cigarettes inside the room) . A lot of cockroaches that we need to kill them first so that we can at least eat our food properly. The pillows are too old and smelly. Staffs are not that welcoming. We tried too sleep but we couldn’t due to the smell of the room.
