I stayed twice at either end of my month-long European tour, once in a dorm style room and once in one of their private hotel rooms...I enjoyed both stays and the location is superb. Easy access to the metro, the airport bus, the tram. even lots to see within walking distance and it's right near a bridge crossing over to the Buda side to see the castle and everything over there. Really is very nice for the price-point. Book the hotel room in advance, I think they may only have a couple or three available, but it's a very good deal for the price especially if you're in the slightly older age-range like me and prefer more privacy. Also really nice to have actual staffed reception.
The inner courtyard was closed more often than seemed necessary. I wish it was open later or had keyed access. Not much to dislike. very helpful and polite staff.

The staff was friendly and the rooms and beds were excellent clean, comfortable and stable unlike many bunkers
The toilets are very very important part of the stay it's a shame these types of places don't understand that, very few spots for so much people and the toilets are the cheapest and worse quality ever because the toilet mouse is to tight and they use recycled toilet paper which is the worse to clog toilets as a result I had to go to reception to tell him everything single toilet was clogged he ended up clearing 3 and put one out of service but kept happening
