The main area has good aircon.
It was HOT in the rooms.
No toilet paper in bathrooms, for days on end. This is so simple and so easy to fix, just keep it stocked.
Door broke and there was no notification or announcement by staff so guests were just stranded. They did fix it very fast though, props to them.

Cool place. Good staff and has all the facilities. Not much of a vibe going and a bit of an odd mix of people. I enjoyed my stay but i’d try somewhere else next time.

I thought it was a friendly, clean and centrally placed property. The bed was comfortable and shower room was good with a powerful shower. The staff were kind and helpful and I would recommend staying here. I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

The service was great and the woman working there was very friendly, kind and helpful. We felt very welcome.
It was quite loud as you hear whenever somebody is walking up/down the stars. The first toilet and shower room are next to the room and the second ones are right above the room, so you always hear when sb is showering and peeing. Also the room is next to the entrace door, so you hear people going in and out the hostel. The blanket was very thin but we just left the heating turned on, so it was okay.
