Location is really good. At the street have cafe and night time have more stall. Walking distance to many places, very convenient. Owner is friendly and responsible. No time restrictions, you go out and come back with password to enter the building.
Perhaps can check the number of guests to check-in and prepare enough bath towels and refill shower gel. The backyard garden is nice if it is better maintenance so guests can sit there for a smoking area (outdoor)

Centre of town and nearby eatery. Definitely a good stopover.
It looks like it has not been lived in. A scary feels perhaps it is an old area.

Central Chinatown location, very informative and helpful host, comfortable room. Don’t see host the whole visit, but very easy to communicate via WhatsApp.
The bathroom tap made strange noises unless we left it on all night. Should get that fixed.

Great location and the place has a lot of character. Good aircon in the room and complementary water was very helpful. Owner was helpful and very responsive. Easy self check in.
Sadly was just too noisy to be relaxed. Early wake up and loud music from nearby at night. Partly the nature of the central location and old building but also currently there are renovation works taking place in the property.
It was a real shame that the cafe was closed too!
