The FULL KITCHEN includes a side-by-side refrigerator, gas range, microwave, oven, warming drawer, and dishwasher. All silverware, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils are provided. Counter-top appliances include an Instant Pot, Ninja Crock Pot, and griddle. Coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, rice maker, and pots and pans are included. A TV is also located in the kitchen. A second full function kitchen is located in the lock-off apartment. Local restaurants are plentiful (and good!), and golf courses abound, with the nearest one just 5 minutes away.
