Location - close to train station and close to the ferry, size of rooms, super clean bathroom, kitchenette- and cleanliness. Would be great for people wanting to share - value for money.
Stairs-no lift. Not well labelled externally. The exterior of the building looked run down, so we were surprised at how good the accommodation was! No views, however, not necessary.

It’s a dated flat. Lots of power outage for two dayswhich was the main power provider issue initially, then later on was the flat’s on power capacity. That is, you can’t use the air con with washing machine and other heavy power consuming appliances together. Owner was respondive. Flat could do with a microwave
