The check-in was a bit odd; there was no one physically there but I was asked to call the host and talked through it all, so it was easy enough. The room was large and very comfortable. One thing I noted that was a problem is that there's only one mirror, in the bathroom, so getting ready in the morning wasn't the easiest, but is easily solvable. Checkout again was odd as I didn't know who to hand my key in to, but the staff member I eventually found was pleasant and friendly, and only had to wait 5 mins or so. Overall a really good stay and would definitely use again. Also close to a few good sites in Belém (walking distance) and some lovely restaurants/bars
A mirror in the main room would have been good, and instructions for check-in and check out beforehand would be handy.

Excellent check in support late in the night and prompt responses all through check out. The host was amazingly helpful.
Amazing location and very safe in the night as well.
Facilities lack of soap and shampoo was unexpected.
Comfort of fan was not sufficient to cool the room enough.

Great location on line 15E so direct from the town center and the person I messaged with questions always answered quickly. The place itself was nice and clean and a safe quiet street. Great communal are with plates and cutlery + kettle and coffee machine
I knew my room was a single room so I expected something small but it only had a tiny hole as a window. impossible to get fresh air in or see the outside and the bed was uncomfortable. The cleaner that check me in was super friendly but spoke no English and in 2 days I never saw anyone else so impossible to ask questions in person. Nice communal area with fridge but would have been nice to leave some coffee capsules and tea for people who just arrived.
