The hotel was in a superb central location. It is absolutely spotless and the rooms are fairly small but perfectly formed with a really good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful

The location is perfect; great bed, very helpful and friendly check-in, kindly accommodated my requests; breakfast was fine
One waiter, although friendly to me, was pretty rude to some fellow guests in my hearing, which was uncomfortable. In my room, unfortunately, the overhead shower didn't work, nor did the hairdryer and regrettably, nor did the room telephone, so I ended up going down to reception in my pyjamas! I was only there for one night so I don't know if these issues were resolved, though staff were trying to take action swiftly. I don't think the breakfast room is quite as as the pictures suggest, but the bar is great.
