Katastrophale und gefährliche Zustände!

Große Wohnung.

Extrem unsauber, zigarettenstummel unterm Bett. Haare und hellbraune Flecken im Bett. Der Boden und das Badezimmer generell sehr dreckig. Kein Klopapier. Haare in der Badewanne. Wasserhahn im Badezimmer hängt nur noch am Schlauch ist nicht befestigt. Steckdose hängt im Schlafzimmer aus der Wand, was extrem gefährlich ist! Eines der angefügten Fotos zeigt die von mir bereits reingedückte Steckdose, wollte es nicht so den nachfolgenden Gästen, die evtl. Kinder dabei haben, überlassen. Die Eingangstüre lässt sich nur verschließen, wenn man die Türschnalle hochdrückt, mir ist dieses System unbekannt, eine Anleitung gibt es nicht und die Vermieterin ist erst nach mehreren Anrufen erreichbar, haben dafür über 45 Minuten verloren. Die ausenliegenden Stiegen sind Holzbretter, welche bei Regen extrem rutschig und locker sind. Apartment liegt im hinteren Garten, mit der Rückseite zu einer stark befahrenen Straße, die Fenster dichten nicht gut ab, daher ist es innen extrem laut. Türe zum Badezimmer lässt sich nicht komplett verschließen. In der Küche schimmelt es. Und der Müll der vorigen Gäste noch im Zimmer. Sieht nicht so aus, als ob sich darum jemand kümmert. Ich will gar nicht wissen, ob die Betten frisch überzogen waren, dem Geruch und der Haare zufolge vermute ich aber, dass man hier spart. Auch das Handtuch im Badezimmer wurde definitv nicht getauscht.

Stay away!

Nice and quiet neighbourhood in the suburbs of Graz

Everything else. First of all, the place where I stayed was not the place I had booked. They have called me the very same day and told me I will be staying in a different location, further from the city centre and to the north while The City Apartment was to the south and I had chosen it because of that (I was heading south). The apartment was very big and austere. It smelled very bad. The bathroom was dirty with used towels left on the floor, ugh, so ugly!

We got robbed!

not recommended, at your own risk. flat not like the published images, one room smells of hashish and a bed is wet with alcohol, keys were left outside the door without anyone coming to receive us, the first day we return to the house and there are the neighbours inside without no advice, fortunately, we had left with our stuff behind, during the night (four in the morning) I was woken up by three guys who came into the flat, drunk, saying that they had rented the flat. Of course, it wasn't true and I asked them to leave since they didn't I called the police and during the call, they ran out of the flat and passed by the table where my car keys were and stole them. Unfortunately, I only realized this in the morning. They didn't steal my car but opened it and put the bottle inside where they used to drink a liquid which I assume was alcohol. I found myself without the possibility of using my car and had to call the police again. The quickest thing I could do was to get the spare key through my son who took the first plane he could result in stress for everyone just over 300 euros in plane and train expenses and another 300 euros to rekey both the car and the anti-theft device. The owner didn't even try to tell me if I needed help, as soon as the police left he disappeared too. Negligent and unprofessional individual.

Bad experience

Incorrect attitude! Bad behavior from the owners! One apartment was in terrible condition - there was no electricity, it was dirty, cold... They fixed the electricity on the third day of our 4 day stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Overall , I am unsatisfied.

The place wasn't cleaned properly, especially shower area and the toilet. I think this is disgusting, to let the guests to find out dirty toilet and shower. I am raelly disapointed . Additionally the mattress had suspected stains.... The door was damaged in few places. I am really not happy with the apartment.

simple entry

we were missing 1 blanket and sheet for the bed (5 of us but 4 blankets), we asked staff to give us blankets and sheets, they said they were going to send someone, noeone came the entire night, wifi didn't work or appear, had to call to get WiFi, very bad experience overall, staff was very lazy to help. Beds very not the cleanest, everything was very creeky and the bathroom has a weird smell to it, the actual toilet is not even shown in the photos, it is very bad and tight in there, the lights for the toilet is not logical, to wash your hands you have to go to another room, very falsely advertised. Not a single photo was what it was actually inside, the chairs/table is different and on photos looks a lot nicer.

Nothing positive.

do not look at the photos, they are not from these apartments. We chose these apartments and until we settled we did not know where we would live, it turned out at the last moment the owner said in which house we will be and it did not look like the one we chose. The owner came up with a story where his wife mistakenly settled other people in our house. In terms of comfort, the new house was several categories lower, it seemed that it was a basement. Regarding the Internet, a bunch of networks are available, and the Internet is not. The owner dropped the network to which need to connect but it was not there, after that he did not pick up the phone. So, be aware this people is bluffer!!!!

Do not stay here

The location was relatively quiet except for the screaming one night. It is located on a dead-end street so traffic noise is low if you close the windows that are on the same side as the busy street. Distance to public transportation to explore Graz was good. The size of the apartment was adequate for 5 people.

Many things were broken. The front door does not lock. The shower leaks from the base. The door to the bathroom will not close unless you slam it shut. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people to stay 4 nights so we had to buy our own. There was no hand soap in the bathroom (just 2 empty bottles) so we had to buy some. The shower glass door was cracked. The shower head did not work properly and needs to be repaired or replaced. There was a fridge but no freezer. The kitchen was useless because there was only one bowl and a couple of other items. Closets were falling apart. Before booking, the listing states there is private parking. There is not. It is public street parking and all the neighbors have poles and sticks "reserving" space. There is a yard but people who share the space have a huge, loud black dog so there was poop everywhere. The yard is also just full of weeds and does not look very nice. The couch smelled like a person or animal peed on it. The website used for check in did not function. The neighborhood appears to be for low income individuals. On our third night, there was screaming and fighting in the owner's apartment above us until almost 1am which kept us all awake. The apartment was not very clean. We took our shoes off immediately when we entered and our feet were dirty within minutes of walking around inside. There is a lot of glass that seemed like maybe someone dusted it but did not use a glass cleaner. What I really do not appreciate is being asked to pay additional money in cash that was not stated to me before booking. I understand there is the tourist tax in Austria but every time I use Booking.com, those fees are either included in the price or stated under Additional Info/Fees. This was not the case at this apartment but I was asked to pay an additional €1,50 per person per night and leave the cash on the table. This is unacceptable. I use booking.

Good

The apartment itself was ok, big, clean, equipped.

All was agreed and confirmed, we stated time of arrival as well, but when we arrived, nobody was there and phone numbers (Booking, plate on door) were not working. Luckily there was a neighbor (not aware of anything), she contacted the owner and prepare apatrment, we had to wait app. 1hr. The place is a bit noisy (close to big road).
