The location is perfect. It’s very central to everything we need when we are here. The gym (BFT) is right next door, plus shopping, food and more. The staff are also very friendly and responsive to requests.
Cleanliness. There was hair on the bathroom floor (not ours) when we arrived and dust along the skirting.

Location was excellent, staff very helpful, room warm with heater on, bed was comfortable, couldn't fault much at all, will definitely go back.
Could do with double glazing and a fan in the bathroom.

Locality, comfortable, easy access drive wise and access to numerous food outlets and shopping. Staff on arrival very kind and helpful.
Inattention to detail. We had no sink plug, heater could not be used. I don’t believe our unit was serviced at all during our stay.
