Close to the Favoriten Straße. Nice clean apartment with parking. Ideal for a 2 night stay.
The thermostat I set it to 21 but somehow it was too hot at night.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
I didn’t like the customer service. First, i didn’t get an information about check in process on time and needed to text and call them standing near the apartment . Second, the last evening and night we had no lightning or electricity in living areas. I reached them a few times but nothing was done. I was packing for my morning flight in darkness. I requested a partial refund for the last night but never got an answer .

The bedding, pillows, and towels were clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, about 600 metres from Vienna Central Station and close to the U1 metro line. It only takes 2–3 stops to reach the city centre, which makes getting around Vienna very easy
The mirrors are positioned too high, which was inconvenient for us. The entrance door to the building needs to be opened very quickly after entering the code. We were not informed about this beforehand, so it was quite confusing and a little stressful when we first arrived. There is also a coffee machine in the apartment, but unfortunately it was not compatible with the coffee capsules we brought with us

Located near the main train station and the pedestrian zone. Large kitchen-dining room.
Some items were defective: the blinds on the kitchen balcony door couldn't be adjusted, the kitchen light strip wasn't working, and the bottle opener in the drawer was broken. The decor—and especially the lighting—is o.k., but rather basic. It lacks a bit of warmth.
