Lovely place to stay over the weekend. Amazing staff: reception team and cleaning team (Vijay and Roy).
We were kicked out of the indoor pool because one guest wants to use it. Reception guy at the pool spa told us we can use any of the pools as ladies time was already over (9-12noon). It was 5pm so he told us we can go to whichever pool we liked. So we went ahead using one of the pools. However an elder lady guest wants to use the pool that we were already using even tho she hasn’t reserved it, reception guy told us to get out of the pool even tho we were also paying guests. Apparently she is a member, reception guy seems scared of her and asked us to leave even tho it was him who told us we can use whichever pool we like. Not happy about it. There is no fairness. Main reception team made aware of this event and were apologetic about it and gave us extra points on the membership. We have never been treated like this in all the intercontinental hotels we’ve stayed at. Hopefully this is an isolated case.

Big rooms, nice staff
The first day i stayed the electricity and water were cut!! I couldn't shower, use the toilet, sleep because there was no AC and i couldnt even call anyone!!! I was so stressed and annoyed and it affected my entire business trip. I was expecting the hotel to refund my stay for that day but tgey did nothing! Plus the location is too far from everything and the roads are really bad.
