تعامل موظف الاستقبال فتره الليل وللاسف تم تغيير الغرفه الانها كانت سيئه وغير مريحه لوجود وحدات التكييف جانبها وكانت مزعجه وتم التغيير بعد الشكوى وبعد ثلاث ساعات تذكرت اني نسيت ساعه اليد ابل وتوجهت للاستقبال وبلغني انه لايوجد شي وبعد الضغط عليه وبلغته ان الساعه فيها تحديد الموقع وانها توجد خارج الفندق مكان قريب جدا من الفندق ارتبك وافاد انه سوف يعالج الموضوع ويقوم باحضار الساعه وفعلا بعد عشر دقائق جاء بساعه لي وهاذا. الامر غير مقبول في مثل هاذا المكان نهائيا

Was a very clean and upkept hotel. I enjoyed staying there and the reviews on booking.com were in line with the hotel ambience.

Overall it was a good experience

لم يعجبني عند الخروج طلبت من الاستقبال اعطائي مزيد من الوقت مثل بقية الفنادق إلى 3 ولكن كأنو يتصلون ويهددون بتغريمي علما كننا بنات ورحلتنا متأخره

المكان موقعه راًئع وخدمه الاستقبال والموظفه ندو بالنادي الصحي انسانه رائعه جدا وكذالك الاستاذ نواف القحطاني كان قمه في الاخلاق والرقي 👌🏻

السي بالمكان هو عدم السرعه في الخدمه (مثلا طلبنا تنظيف الغرفه وطلبنا كبسولات القهوه وطلبنا بلانكت 6 مرات اتصال ولم ياتي الطب بصراحه هذا السي في الامر ☹️

كل فنادق هيلتون حول العالم جربناها وبيضوا الوجه الهدوء رائع، عازل الصوت قوي جداً مع انه واقع على الدائري الوصول للفندق سهل، قريب من المخارج والرياض بارك والمركز المالي ومجمعات المطاعم والكوفيهات. الطاقم محترم ولا أستطيع أن اذكر اسم وأنسى الآخر. خرجنا من الفندق بعد صلاة الظهر وطلبنا منهم الاحتفاظ الحقائب حتى منتصف العصر ووافقوا. الفطور جميل ومتنوع لديهم أكثر من 25 صنف. شكراً لكم 👍

كنت اتمنى ان تكون الأسعار أقل ولو ب 25٪ وذلك تشجيعاً للسياحة الداخلية

الاطلاله - الموقع - الاثاث - كل شيء متوفر وموجد في الغرفة تعامل الموظف عند الخروج سلطان بانعمة تعامل الفلبيني كريستيان في المطعم

عدم تجاوب خدمة الغرف طلبت اصلاح التلفزيون ولم يحضر أحد طلبت تعديل المكيف ولم يحضر الا بعد الاتصال الثاني

Location and cleanliness. Breakfast was awesome ☺️

Housekeeping staff needs to be more attentive to guest requests. I needed multiple calls to get basic things like tea bags and creamer. Upon check in I found that previous guests drinks were not cleared from the balcony. But otherwise no complaints.

The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable

Initially checking in in my original booking which is Junior suite. Didn't like it, actually it's normal room not suite by any mean. I called front desk for an upgrade to one bedroom king suite. They agree but I have to wait until the room become ready. I received their call 2 hours later asking me to visit the front desk to complete the payment and change the room since its ready. After the payment process completed, one lady her Name Latifa looks like she is the supervisor, she came to the front desk and told the other lady not to give me the room because she has VIP guest coming and she will want to give him my room which I already paid for. She has the courage to say that in front of my face with no care. Then I had to wait for some time to have another room ready and check in. Room service take forever, very slow. The shower area was not contained, if you take shower then all the toilet will be slipary full of water. Nothing was good at all. The hotel is pricy compare with others but they don't deserve the value paid for. NOT Recommended.

staff at reception are very friendly and professional. the room size was good for a suit. bed was comfortable. shower was good.

housekeeping staf very basic, room service staff very basic. furniture in sitting area not comfortable, room service took nearly 40 minutes. the location and the reception staff raised expectations that other parts of the stay did not meet.
