The location is perfect. The apartment style is good. Their hospitality was good.
The apartment has three rooms and two toilets, but only one has a shower, which does not meet residents’ needs. We also faced a serious issue in this bathroom: the water turned black with a gas smell, the ceiling started leaking due to a water heater problem, and the toilet was unusable for about eight hours until maintenance arrived. After the repair, the bathroom was left dirty with dust, debris, and shoe marks, and the living room floor was also dusty, which is especially concerning as I have a crawling baby and her clothes become dirty from the floor.
