The property was stunning and perfect central location. All the staff were amazing and always so helpful. The spa was amazing too.
We were gutted that there was not more Caribbean food on offer. We travelled all the way and wanted to be immersed in St Lucian culture. There was one Caribbean lunch day.

There was a water leak coming from the toilet. Housekeeping was told about it on the second day because we only noticed it at the end of the first night. However, it was not addressed at all. We kept using towels to soak up the water and they just kept taking those, mopping up the water and giving us fresh towels everyday.

Our stay was great, room was excellent, and staff was extremely accommodating for our needs.
The only thing was that room service came at 9:00 at night twice.
