Vacanza Estate House is good! Surrounded by lush, breathtaking greenery and peaceful views, it is the perfect place to unwind and re-energize. The property is comfortable, and Mr. Sachin (property care taker) is friendly and helpful. Waking up to the fresh air and tranquil surroundings was the highlight of our stay.
It's not the following I didn't like (actually it was a wonderful experience personally), but just posting so that the others who are booking will be cautious.
The road to and from the estate is very narrow and dangerous, requiring experienced driving skills in hilly terrain with almost zero margin for error. Keep in mind that every time you leave the homestay to visit nearby attractions, youโll have to drive this risky route both ways.

Location was nice with good scenic view and always heard the pleasant sound of waterfall was amazing. Staffs Sachin and Yakub are polite and willing to do all the needful help.
Only minus is the driving path, I will suggest the owner to assign one staff to guide to the house from the main road. The road was muddy and we took different path, all got scared until we reach the hotel. Luckily our driver was too good in driving so we reached the spot safely.

..Staff was great and very helpful.. Special thanks to Sachin for being so courteous.. Very polite and helpful... The food was great indeed.
.Food was overcharged.. We were told non veg meal is 175 rupees.. However we were charged 600 rupees separately for chicken which was a part of thr meal. That too twice..
